Technoist Connect client + TE-IT Runner agent (Windows). Thin package: MSI is downloaded from connect.te-it.ru (canonical release channel) and installed silently via msiexec /qn. Installs client, runner\teit-runner.exe + appsettings.json, and the TE-IT Runner Windows service.
