PawnIO — signed scriptable kernel driver for low-level hardware access (MSR/EC/SMBus). Internalized for the TE-IT mirror (https://choco.te-it.ru). Required by LibreHardwareMonitor 0.9.6+, which no longer ships its own kernel driver and delegates all ring-0 access to PawnIO. Installer binary is hash-pinned in tools/VERIFICATION.txt; the package never downloads from the vendor at install time.
